We have used E I Lincs as an M&E subcontractor on numerous multi-roomed extra care projects with values in the region of £5m over the past four years. During this time we have found them to be a competitive, competent, diligent, proactive contractor who currently enjoys "Preferred" status on our supply chain. We usually have zero defects at handover from them and they always attend should an issue occur, which is why i use the term "diligent". I have found them to be commercially nonconfrontational and usually complete their works within their subcontract order value.

I therefore have no issue in recommending them to any company considering entering into contract with them.
